Day 3 takes us from Luzern to Interlaken. The journey was about 2 hours and took us direct from Luzern to Interlaken Ost, where we stayed.
The journey itself was quite an attraction as the passes quite a number of rather scenic valleys and lakes.
As much as I wanted to sleep, the lure of the scenery and prospects of missing a shot was too much at stake. Somewhere near Brienz, we managed to get this shot of an isolated village sprawled over the valley floor.
We were really intrigued by the fact that no matter how remote the places are, they never compromise on the expanse and scale of the community’s church.
